Every Piercing Package Includes
- In-home ear piercing by a nurse
- Your choice of a pair of individually sealed, sterile Starter Piercing Studs, selection will be brought to your appointment
- Assessment of ears and skin for injuries
- Discuss and ensure best placement for new piercings
- Piercing of lobe or cartilage
- Aftercare cleansing wipes or spray
- Comprehensive education and printed take-home aftercare instructions
- 72 hour support and followup via text/phone should questions arise
Regarding Minors and Infants
- FOR MINORS (under the age of 18) a parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of piercing. A government issued photo ID (or birth certificate if under 16) will be needed from both the minor and the parent or legal guardian. This can be a state-issued ID card, learner’s permit, driver’s license, passport, or military ID. If the address or last name differs, a copy of the birth certificate is required.
- FOR INFANTS Infants must be above 4 months old and able to be still to be pierced safely. They must have had their first round of DTaP vaccine (diphtheria, tetanus, and acellular pertussis) & Hepatitis B vaccine. DTaPtypically occurs at 2 months of age and Hepatitis B is generally given after birth before leaving the hospital. It takes about two weeks before their little bodies develop protection (antibodies) in response to the vaccine, so we wait until two weeks post vaccination. Please provide proof of vaccinations at appointment or prior to. If you do not have required documents for your little one I am sorry, I will not be able to pierce their ears.
